This 2 night hotel visit was one of the absolute best hotel stays I have ever had in nearly 30 countries. So attentive! They are serious about caring for the guest in every way. From the moment we parked, at sundown, there was somebody to accompany us to the parking lot, for our security. Alfredo, in particular, walked us all the way to our room, carrying almost all of our bags. It was worth a hefty tip! The moment we got into our room, we checked everything, as we always do. The TV was not working. It was a Samsung, with that white screen of death that is so common in Samsung monitors, TV's and phones. We called down to the front desk, and within 3 minutes, there was Alfredo again. He attempted to fix the problem but not for too long... He called down to the front desk and they moved us from our room to the floor above, which was an even nicer room than the one we got initially. Where, we stayed for our 2 nights. The A/C was very powerful and effective. The bed was a "California king" which is a hotel version of a wider queen size bed. Made by "America." Very comfortable. The elevator was quick! And it did not bounce like most elevators. The garden was absolutely beautiful. The dining hall was clean, well situated, and comfortable. The staff was impressive. Only in China or in Nashville TN have I had hotel service this good. The breakfast is fantastic. We got a plate of toast with butter and marmalade on the side. We each received a plate of 4 types of fresh cut fruit. I got a bacon omelette with chilaquiles and beans. And fresh brewed coffee. And orange juice. It was actually enough food that I did not need to eat for the entire trip home. Alfredo, Victor, Wendy and the Manager and the night desk lady, all deserve a great big thank you. The cleaning staff does an amazing job. We love Morelia and are in process of setting up a house for our work visits.

Excellent location, very kind personnel, affordable price, nice and clean rooms. Love a lot of pillows and that were between soft and firm! Love it!

I went to a concert at the Palacio de Arte, so the hotel was very close to it.
